Joel was great to deal with. He made knowledgable recommendations for me, helped me on some project ideas, and always answered the phone or called me back promptly when I had questions. The shipping was about what was expected for a large item. The grass arrived in good conditions except a couple of rips from shipping but they had added a foot or so to my order so it didn’t cause an issue. I love the artificial turf and the kids love playing on it. I love coming home to a green backyard even though its a cold Montana winter! I can’t wait to enjoy it next summer.

Great customer service, great delivery process … love the turf so far … I installed it under a maple tree where I could never grow grass … my only question is how is it going to hold up once the helicopters and leaves start to fall … I have a Black and Decker vacuum, a blower and a shop vac … hoping that one or more of those will suck up all of the debris in the Fall.
